Confirm the power supply works. Ensure water tank has water below MAX line. Refill water when empty. Re-plug power cord if connection is loose.

Yes, this diffuser is made for plug-in use. It does not have a built-in battery.The package includes a USB-to-DC cable and a user manual (adapter not included).

Why is there no mist, weak mist, or weak fragrance?
Add enough water (but do not exceed the MAX line). Clean the ultrasonic plate regularly as instructed in the manual. Use a stronger essential oil or increase the number of drops for a more noticeable scent.

Why is water leaking from the diffuser?
Always keep the diffuser upright, tank cover is closed properly and ensure water stays below the MAX mark.

Why does my diffuser turn off by itself?
The diffuser may shut off if the water level is too low, the power connection is loose, or the unit overheats. Refill the tank, check that the adapter is firmly plugged in on both ends, and ensure the power source is stable.
